What a magnificent escape. Relaxation 101 The atmosphere created by the natural beauty, wildlife, farm animals and of course the faultless accommodation that is 'Honey Hut' was an experience we certainly wish to do again.

You have managed to create a wonderful country excape for both man and dog that is linked to a reduced carbon footprint with your solar powered hut. Well done, we hope to be back. Regards, Russ and Joanna ,Jed and Oggy

The cars, the noise, the sullen stares of city folk who seem burdened with all the loathsome cares of getting  the eternal Lie. These things have sent us away from the pretty but cramped Rose Bay.  Delighted to pull ourselves out of our rut and find our salvation in the Honey Hut.  Don ...

We were looking for the perfect countryside retreat and we got it, we loved the fire, the view, breakfast on the verandah, feeding the horse and walking on the grounds. Thankyou for the perfect escape from the city and the tranquility. Gemma and Trev

Honey Hut is a little slice of eco-friendly-heaven. Our mini-break has provided the perfect location for quiet and private getaway, givingus the opportunity to be still, relax and reflect. The hut has everything you need, we had every meal cooked either on the fireoutside or on the gas cooker. There are lovely and thoughtful touches throughout , we were very comfortable and felt well taken care of. Our whippet Monty had the most excellent time exploring the property and taking nice long walks through the forest. I'm sure he's decided he's a country dog! thankyou Fiona for a wonderful stay. We came to stay at Honey Hut to kick off a new year, the promise of trout, yabbies and cows had us drawing near.
We arrived to find horses two and cows a plenty that went moo!
When we got to the said hut, Fiona showed us around, we panned across a sunny verandah and this is what we found:
Old world charm and simple pleasures, the home was filled with antique treasures.
Such wonderful hosts were Fiona and Michael they lent us gear to fish at Lake Lyell. When our stay was over we went to close the door we said as we were leaving we'll be back again once more! Thanks  . Daniel and Alison

A peaceful haven to relax and write. The only noise was wind in the gums and distant moo of a cow, broken occassionally by the thump of kangaroos hopping past and my dogs snoring, Bliss! Corrine and Cricket
